Position: Product Owner Company: Galina Express Location: Erbil, Iraq Work Type: Full-Time, On-site Schedule: Saturdays to Thursdays (9-5pm) Responsibilities • Own the end-to-end development of Galina’s e-commerce module. (Product Roadmap) • Create and maintain the product backlog, prioritize features, and define clear user stories. • Collect and document business requirements from internal stakeholders. • Translate requirements into clear user stories, workflows, and feature specs for the development team. • Coordinate with the tech team to ensure timely and quality delivery of app features. • Closely follow up with the tech team on daily/weekly basis to ensure tasks are on track. • Regularly report development status, progress, and blockers to senior management. • Ensure alignment between business priorities and tech deliverables. • Prioritize features and create sprint plans in coordination with the tech lead. • Oversee integrations with key partners such as payment gateways, last-mile delivery providers, and cross-border e-commerce platforms. • Ensure all integrations are tested, documented, and functional. • Conduct benchmark analysis of local and regional competitor apps to improve Galina’s UI/UX and user flows. • Coordinate and manage API integrations with third-party service providers. • Ensure the app features meet user expectations and operational needs before release (UAT).
