Galina Express is hiring a Product Owner to oversee the development of their e-commerce module. Responsibilities include managing the product roadmap, coordinating with the tech team, and ensuring alignment between business priorities and tech deliverables. Experience in product management and API integrations is required.
We Are Hiring! Position: Product Owner Company: Galina Express Location: Erbil, Iraq Work Type: Full-Time, On-site Schedule: Saturdays to Thursdays (9-5pm) Responsibilities • Own the end-to-end development of Galina’s e-commerce module. (Product Roadmap) • Create and maintain the product backlog, prioritize features, and define clear user stories. • Collect and document business requirements from internal stakeholders. • Translate requirements into clear user stories, workflows, and feature specs for the development team. • Coordinate with the tech team to ensure timely and quality delivery of app features. • Closely follow up with the tech team on daily/weekly basis to ensure tasks are on track. • Regularly report development status, progress, and blockers to senior management. • Ensure alignment between business priorities and tech deliverables. • Prioritize features and create sprint plans in coordination with the tech lead. • Oversee integrations with key partners such as payment gateways, last-mile delivery providers, and cross-border e-commerce platforms. • Ensure all integrations are tested, documented, and functional. • Conduct benchmark analysis of local and regional competitor apps to improve Galina’s UI/UX and user flows. • Coordinate and manage API integrations with third-party service providers. • Ensure the app features meet user expectations and operational needs before release (UAT).
