Job Purpose The Account Manager is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with restaurant and merchant partners, ensuring growth, performance improvement, and long-term satisfaction. Key Responsibilities • Identify, approach, and onboard new restaurants and vendors • Manage and grow existing partner accounts • Develop strategies to increase engagement, menu quality, and sales • Negotiate contracts, commission rates, and promotions • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams • Resolve partner issues quickly and efficiently • Support promotional campaigns and seasonal offers • Ensure compliance with platform standards and policies • Maintain accurate CRM and sales records Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field • 2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development • Experience in food delivery or e-commerce is an advantage • Fluency in Kurdish & Arabic; intermediate English • Strong negotiation and communication skills • Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities • Proficiency in MS Office & CRM software • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment How to Apply Send your CV to: [email protected] Subject line: Account Manager – Duhok Early applications are encouraged. #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
