Work opportunity in Duhok– Taxi Fleet Officer Company: TipTop Key Responsibilities: • Register and onboard drivers for the Tip Top Taxi application. • Provide orientation on Tip Top Taxi services. • Support drivers during registration and resolve queries. • Monitor driver performance, behavior, and passenger interactions. • Coordinate with sales, call center, and operations teams to meet driver and passenger needs. • Manage driver database and transactions. • Handle driver and passenger complaints. • Conduct monthly driver training sessions. • Contribute to service improvement and sales growth. Requirements: • Effective communication and problem-solving skills. • Strong organizational skills. • Proficiency in Kurdish, Arabic, and good English. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and systems. • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to business needs.
