The receptionist will be the first point of contact for our members and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and providing excellent customer service. Working Hours: ⏰ 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Main Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome members and visitors in a professional manner. • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments. • Handle customer bookings, memberships, and service registrations. • Maintain reception area in a clean and organized condition. • Assist with administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: • Female candidates are preferred. • Previous experience in reception or customer service (preferred). • Good communication skills in Kurdish, Arabic, and English. • Professional appearance and positive attitude. • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry). • Ability to work flexible shifts (evenings, weekends, and holidays if required). • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
