Job Overview: - 1. Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings. 2. Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them. 3. Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives. 4. Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts. 5. Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure. that they’re using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives. 6. Generate leads and establish and nurture client relationships. Requirement and Qualifications: - 1. Bachelor's degree of Business Administration or equivalent. 2. - More than 8 years of successful experience in sales. 3. 4 Years of which are in the sale of cars. 4. Good communication skills (English and Arabic). 5. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. 6. Strong background in sales administration. 7. Age should be between 30 - 40 years old. 8. Strong management team leading skills, well organized. 9. Motivational speaking experience. 10. Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing. 11. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. 12. Superb leadership ability. 13. Successful previous experience as a sales representative consistently meeting or exceeding targets 14. Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences. 15. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. 16. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
