Position 2: Application Support Location: Erbil Responsibilities: 1- Providing software application support under the supervision of the Senior Application Support. 2- Performing analyses on software application functionality and suggesting improvements. 3- Ensuring effective front-end and back-end functionality of applications. 4- Consulting with the software development team, internal users, and clients to improve application performance. 5- Keeping a record of configuration changes and scheduling application updates. 6- Documenting processes and monitoring application performance metrics. 7- Providing front-end support to colleagues in other departments. 8- Analyzes and interprets data and applies the security manners for web and databases 9- Works on multimedia mobile applications.
