Deadline: 24-04-2022 Position 1: IT Support Location: Erbil Responsibilities: 1- installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners 2- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks 3- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests 4- Providing technical support across the company 5- Setting up accounts for new users 6- Testing new technology Qualification and Requirements: 1- Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, IT, Computer science or related fields 2- Ability to Speak Kurdish, Arabic, and English Fluently. 3- Minimum 1 Year of experience as an IT Support or related occupation. 4- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 5- the ability to think logically 6- a good memory of how software and operating systems work 7- the ability to work well in a team. Position 2: Application Support Location: Erbil Responsibilities: 1- Providing software application support under the supervision of the Senior Application Support. 2- Performing analyses on software application functionality and suggesting improvements. 3- Ensuring effective front-end and back-end functionality of applications. 4- Consulting with the software development team, internal users, and clients to improve application performance. 5- Keeping a record of configuration changes and scheduling application updates. 6- Documenting processes and monitoring application performance metrics. 7- Providing front-end support to colleagues in other departments. 8- Analyzes and interprets data and applies the security manners for web and databases 9- Works on multimedia mobile applications. Qualification and Requirements: 1- bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or related. 2- Ability to Speak Kurdish, Arabic, and English Fluently. 3- Proven experience as application support in a related field. 4- Advanced knowledge of front-end and back-end programming languages, such as C#. 5- Ability to manage code migration, document configuration changes, and monitor performance. 6- Advanced proficiency in determining the causes of application errors and repairing them. 7- Able to operate engineering databases and platforms; SQL Server and SQLite To Apply: fill out the attached google form and complete all the requirements. https://forms.gle/2WQXt1TAUXspzijv6
