Bamo Company is looking for qualified candidate to fill the position of (Marketing Communication Section Head) in Sulaymaniyah City Job Purpose: - The Marketing Communications Section Head is responsible for the development and supervision of all marketing communication strategies for the BAMO Company. This individual will oversee the development of communication goals, strategies, and implementation plans to execute comprehensive marketing campaigns. This position is responsible for turning marketing strategies to marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - • Develop and implement Company’s long term Marketing Communications plan, goals and objectives, policies and procedures. • Planning Yearly Communication budgeting, and KPIs • Manage the development and execution of comprehensive marketing communications plan to achieve the Company’s financial objectives and external communications strategy that positively affects customers’ understanding, engagement and commitment with the result of an even stronger connection to Company and it’s brands. • Drive marketing communication strategy and message development, pitch and announcement strategies. • Formulate branding initiatives, internal communications and external media relations, ensuring appropriate linkages with media and fostering productive relationships. • Responsible for the achievement of marketing communications mission, goals and financial objectives. • Oversee development and implementation of support materials and technical assistance and resources material to support the area of marketing communications, brand management, CSR, Internal Marketing and PR & event management. • Develop, implement and measure the success of a comprehensive marketing communications program that will enhance Company’s image and position within the marketplace and the general public, and facilitate internal and external communications. • Develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures necessary to the smooth operation of the function. Ensure effective management with provision for succession. • Plan and launch press releases and marketing campaigns and to promote Company’s through all types of media. • Provide direction and resources, removing barriers and help develop people’s skills; articulating expectations and clarifying roles and relationships. Education: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Skills & Capabilities: - • Strong business analytics, relationship management, strategy development, project management, problem solving and change management skills. • Should be good commanding in Arabic and English, Kurdish is plus. • Demonstrated ability to communicate in an articulate and professional manner in both writing and through verbal presentation. • Highly collaborative style; experience developing and implementing communications strategies • Assertive to share potentially controversial or contrarian views in professional manner. • Excellent communicator with ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization and externally. • Exercise a high degree of tact and diplomacy. • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to clearly present recommendations and ideas to summarize complex issues. • Awareness of the latest trends in media and marketing. Education: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
