Job Title: Sr. Reporting and KPI Engineer Company: Hala FTTH Location: Baghdad As a Sr. Reporting and KPI Engineer at Hala FTTH, you will be responsible for conducting data importing, data cleaning and manipulating, reporting information related to activities also preparing monthly and yearly reports and budge and Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with the company’s goals and objectives. The position builds networking with all company departments to be the smooth running of the operation. Responsibilities: · Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators to assess departmental effectiveness. · Ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and consistency to support reliable reporting. · Utilize Power BI and Excel for data analysis and reporting, leveraging their capabilities for insightful data visualization and interpretation. · Manage operations data entry, database, and other details. · Follow, support, and enforce all internal control processes. · Utilize various technological languages and tools to connect systems and streamline processes. · Establish quality transportation services as well as policies and procedures for the department. · Ensure all business data are updated to provide when necessary. Job Requirements: · BSc. degree in Engineering. · Excellent Command of English and Arabic- Written and Spoken. · Excellent computer skills and experience using spreadsheet and Software tools, such as Microsoft, SQL programming software's. · Proficiency in Power BI and Excel for data analysis and visualization. · Experience and knowledge in data engineering and reporting standards. · Excellent understanding in all Business Operations · Solid understanding of business products and services in the ISP industry. · Good interpersonal skills for interacting with different groups of stakeholders. · Must be willing to challenge the standard thinking with new ideas, new approaches, and new solutions. · Must be self-directed and able to work independently.
