Job Description: Aspire is seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team in Sulaymaniyah. You will be responsible for managing, developing, and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive traffic and sales for our clients. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media trends, analytics, and content creation. Key Responsibilities: ● Develop and implement social media strategies. ● Monitor and analyze social media metrics and campaigns to assess performance, and optimize strategies based on data insights. ● Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually compelling content. ● Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and new platform features. ● Conduct social media audits and provide recommendations for growth. ● Manage paid social media campaigns and track ROI. ● Report performance insights and campaign effectiveness to clients and team members. Requirements: ● Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role at a marketing agency. ● Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their analytics tools. ● Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Kurdish and preferably arabic. ● Creative thinking with a passion for storytelling and digital content creation. ● Experience with paid social advertising.
