Job Title: Logistics Executive – Iraq Location: Erbil, Iraq Department: Logistics & Operations Brand: Savana Experience: 3–6 years Role Summary: Savana is looking for a Logistics Executive to manage last-mile delivery operations, courier partner coordination, and customer escalations in Iraq. This role ensures timely deliveries, reduces returns (RTO), and drives operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Daily coordination with courier partners for pickups, deliveries, and returns • Resolve customer escalations via Freshdesk, WhatsApp, and social media • Monitor shipment issues, RTOs, and open doorstep QC pickups • Track logistics KPIs and drive weekly performance reviews with partners • Work with warehouse teams to ensure smooth order flow • Identify gaps, improve speed and accuracy across the logistics chain • Expand courier coverage in new cities • Manage DTO pendency, shipment-level closures, and partner coordination Requirements: • 3–6 years in logistics or e-commerce operations • Strong knowledge of Iraq’s last-mile ecosystem (Orderii, Pure, Aramex, etc.) • Proficient in Excel and logistics dashboards • Fluent in Arabic, English and Kurdish • Hands-on, responsive, and result-oriented • Based in Erbil or willing to relocate How to Apply: If you meet the requirements and are interested in this opportunity, please send your updated CV to [email protected] Please include " Logistics Executive – Erbil" in the subject line of your email. #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
