We’re Hiring – Commercial Manager | First Iraqi Bank First Iraqi Bank (FIB) – the first and only fully digital bank in Iraq – is looking for a Commercial Manager to lead our growth journey by driving partnerships, managing sales teams, and accelerating digital payments adoption (POS, QR, PG, and SME accounts). Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute the commercial strategy across regions. Build and manage merchant and business partnerships. Oversee performance of POS, QR, and Payment Gateway channels. Drive revenue growth and market expansion. Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align business goals. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, business development, or banking (preferably digital or fintech). Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Based in Erbil, with frequent visits to other regions.
