Key Requirements: Qualifications: Must be able to practice Law in Erbil, Iraq. Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Kurdish is beneficial. Location: The position is based in Erbil, Iraq. Core Responsibilities: Legal Advice: Provide comprehensive legal guidance on various corporate matters. Document Management: Ensure timely renewal and upkeep of all company legal documents. Visa and Residency Handling: Oversee visa and residency application processes, ensuring alignment with immigration laws.•Regulatory Compliance: Keep updated with new laws and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant. Risk Analysis: Identify and assess legal risks, advising on mitigation strategies. Contract Oversight: Draft, review, and manage contracts to secure company interests and ensure legal compliance. • Record Keeping: Maintain systematic records of all legal proceedings and documents.
