Recruitment Management: Actively engage in recruitment, including preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process. Onboarding: Create and implement effective onboarding plans for new hires. Training Development: Develop and oversee training and development programs. Performance Management: Assist in the execution of performance management processes. Disciplinary Support: Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
