Language: Proficiency in English. Location: The position is based in Erbil, Iraq. Core Responsibilities: HR Initiatives: Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Policy Guidance: Provide counseling on HR policies and procedures to staff and management. Recruitment Management: Actively engage in recruitment, including preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process. Onboarding: Create and implement effective onboarding plans for new hires. Training Development: Develop and oversee training and development programs. Performance Management: Assist in the execution of performance management processes. Disciplinary Support: Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with legal requirements. Employment Compliance: Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
