Gulf Cryo international - Kurdistan One of the leading providers of industrial and medical gas solutions is looking for Accounts Receivable in Kurdistan Position : Shift Engineer Instrument Main Job Purpose Accountable to Plant Manager for Optimum plant operation i.e. achieving target production volume at lowest cost, measuring and analyzing equipment and plant data, troubleshooting, condition monitoring of plant and equipment, handling cryogenic liquid and making supply through road tankers generating periodic operations data for management information. In addition, the incumbent will be extending his support for the plant related maintenance activities through a PM Plan Responsibilities Managing shift handovers to enable a smooth safe transition. Developing and managing the team so as to maximize the performance of all its members. Responsibility for the Permit to Work System giving HSE maximum importance to operate a zero-incident regime. To establish and maintain effective communications within the team, across the asset and with the business in general. Achieving optimum plant operations through continuous monitoring of plant parameters, equipment health, gap analysis and remedial actions To minimize plant downtime through condition monitoring and speedy troubleshooting and maintaining the Electrical and Instrumentation system of the plant. Initiating Safety and Quality awareness to employees of the Unit and maintaining highest standard of Safety and Quality Preparing weekly production reports for Plant Manager for updating plant, operations and people’s performance / efficiency and thus assisting Plant Manager making business decisions and future planning Conducting trainings for Shift Helpers on safety and safe-filling operations Minimizing overtime to reduce production cost through effective manpower utilization Co-ordinating with Distribution supervisors for product delivery and product conformity. Managing shift helpers and their performances through performance monitoring and training Officiating as action plant manager in absence of the Plant Manager Report immediately all incidents, accidents, unsafe conditions to the immediate supervisor. Protect the environment, operate on a clean basis, and achieve sustainable development. Accountable for your own health and safety and do not put others at risk in the course of work performance. Comply with company policies and procedures at all times. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Education: B.E or Diploma in Instrumentation. Knowledge in Electrical system is an added advantage Experience: 3 to 5 years work experience in ASU (Operation and Maintenance). Computer Skills : PC literacy, good knowledge in using spreadsheets, word processing and relevant computer applications. Languages: Language proficiency in English, Arabic is a plus. Working Environment Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. Exposure to noise, dust, electrical energy, and all types of weather and temperature conditions; work and/or walk on various types of surfaces including slippery or uneven surfaces.
