Wira Group is hiring in Sulaimaniyah, Iraq 🧰 Wira is looking to hire a factory supervisor. What we need: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. - 3–5 years of experience in a factory, industrial, or production environment, and proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role. - Understanding of: 1) Factory workflow and production cycles. - Ability to lead, motivate, and supervise shift workers, operators, and technicians. - Skilled in task assignment, time management, and disciplinary handling. - Capable of maintaining team morale and enforcing accountability. - Knowledge of quality control procedures and the ability to identify defects or process deviations. - Proficient in using: 1) Daily log sheets and production reports 2) Basic Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word) If you are looking for a new challenge, please send your CV to this email with the subject line "Factory Supervisor."
