Pebaz Factory in Darbandikhan is seeking a Factory Supervisor with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering and 3-5 years of experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
Great opportunity in Darbandikhan - Sulaimaniyah Pebaz factory is seeking to hire a factory supervisor. What we need: - Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering. - 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or process plant environment, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience. - Experince in managing machine operators, maintenance technicians, and laborers. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - strong knowledge of CaCO₃ production processes: crushing, grinding, classification, and packing. - Proactive in identifying process inefficiencies or safety risks. - Strong verbal and written communication in Kurdish, Arabic, and English - Ability to coordinate with Maintenance teams for equipment repairs, Quality Control for sampling, lab testing, and Logistics for dispatch. - Proficient in using MS Office, especially MS Excel. - Ability to interpret technical diagrams, operating parameters, and process specifications. - Quick decision-making in case of Machine breakdowns, Raw material inconsistencies, and Product quality deviations. - Experience with an ERP system. - Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
