Pebaz Factory in Darbandikhan is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in process-based or chemical manufacturing plants. Experience with rotary equipment, conveyors, and AutoCAD is required.
Great opportunity in Pebaz, Darbandikhan. Pebaz factory, which specializes in the production of calcium carbonate (CaCO3), is seeking to hire a mechanical engineer. We need: - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Maintenance Engineering. - 3–5 years of experience in a process-based or chemical manufacturing plant, Hands-on experience with: 1) Rotary equipment (grinders, crushers, ball mills). 2) Conveyors, motors, gearboxes, valves, and compressors. 2) Pneumatic conveying systems, air classifiers. - Strong understanding of: 1) Machinery alignment, lubrication systems, and vibration analysis. 2) Troubleshooting mechanical failures in grinding and classification systems. 3) Installation and commissioning of industrial equipment. - Plan and execute routine inspections, maintenance, and overhauls. - Maintain and update maintenance logs and machine history files. - Minimize downtime by identifying wear trends and replacing parts proactively. - Familiarity with: 1) AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or mechanical drawing software. 2) Microsoft Office (Excel for tracking PM schedules and reports). - Understanding of industrial safety standards related to rotating equipment and dust-prone environments.
