Coordinate administrative, logistics, and procurement tasks, liaise with authorities, and support staff mobility in KRI for HAMAP-Humanitaire.
HAMAP-Humanitaire is looking for an Admin-Logistics Officer in Erbil to perform external administrative duties, logistics and procurement. S/He is expected to carry out all of the tasks related to facilitating the entry, travel and stay of HAMAP-Humanitaire staff to KRI and to liaise with local authorities. The Admin-Logistics Officer is also expected to carry out logistics and procurement duties according to HAMAP-Humanitaire procedures. S/He facilitates and supports all official contacts and procedures in KRI. S/He is expected to provide accurate information through key contacts and legal documents in order to facilitate appropriate decision-making at senior management’s level. S/He supports HAMAP-Humanitaire’s mandate, values and international standards.
