MINISO - Iraq is looking to hire a Senior operation specialist in HQ-Sulaymaniyah. Job Title: Senior Operation Specialist Classification: Full-Time Location: Sulaymaniyah-Iraq Pay Grade: Grade 4 - Level 2 Working days: Sunday to Thursday Working Hours: 9:00 am to 4:30 Pm Salary: Based on our position grade and salary structure. Job Requirements Summary of position A Senior operation specialist is responsible for controlling the stores including Salles, data analysis, weekly and monthly store meetings, daily sales data entry, people operation, and any related responsibilities. Job Duties - Analyze the sales data of every store, find problems, and solve problems. - Analyze the inventory, products, etc. - Analyze and compare sales data of similar stores to find possibilities for increasing sales. - Find ways to increase sales of the stores. - Following up on the monthly target and trying to reach it. - Visit stores regularly to check the standard, staff, products, and sales, find problems, and solve problems. - Adjustment of display map. - Check the suitability between products in the stores and sales condition and communicate with the product manager and planner to make the product structure and inventory structure more reasonable. - Communication between headquarter and stores. - Training of store staff and managers. - Performing other related duties when needed. Skills - Strong attention to detail in written and numeric tasks. - A very good Command of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel). - Solid knowledge of customer services. - Great knowledge of the sales field. - Documentation skills. - Ability to use Odoo ERP system Reporting Structure - Reports directly to the operation Manager. - Store managers report to this position. - Must attend yearly company annual meeting. Employee Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field. Experience - 2 years or more experience in the retail industry. - 1 year or more as people operation. Languages - English: fluent (Speaking, writing). - Kurdish: Native (Speaking, writing). - Arabic: Fluent (Speaking, writing). Skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Working ability with tight deadlines. - Strong organizational skills. - Ability to problem solve, and good decision-making skills. - Strong ethical standards. - Communication and negotiation skills. - Multitasking skills. Environment - High-volume office setting. - Sitting at a desk for most of the day. - visiting our stores in all of Iraq.
