An Iraqi NGO is seeking the expertise of individuals, companies, or institutions to conduct an Terms of Reference (TOR) for Environmental Expert Location: Halabja Governorate The project aims to enhance the sustainability and competitiveness of small businesses by providing training on environmental management and climate risk assessment for 35 people. The project will focus on improving business owners' ability to manage climate risks, access finance and markets, use climate-smart technologies, and comply with environmental and social standards.
