Dear Connections, HAI Iraq currently looking to hire a Compliance Officer in one of those locations ( Erbil , Suli and Baghdad ) based on the experience of the candidates. The purpose of the Iraq Compliance Officer position is to assist in exercising oversight responsibility in implementing HAI/HA’s compliance and ethics program in HAI Iraq to detect, resolve, mitigate and prevent violations. The position will also promote ethical practices and a commitment to compliance with company and program requirements, as well as local and U.S. law. The Iraq Compliance Officer assists HAI HQ senior management in ensuring the faithful implementation of the compliance and ethics program as directed by the HAI/HA Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team. This position reports directly to the HAI HQ Compliance Manager and has a dotted line to the Iraq Country Director to ensure oversight and integration of the position into the Iraqi Office operations.
