The role develops PLC-based solutions, creates electrical schematics, control panel designs, collaborate across teams to improve line performance, energy efficiency, and product quality. This job requires Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, with good industrial experience and able to use PLC platforms, control system parts, CAD tools, and schematic design software. Mechanical Engineer Drive reliability, optimize equipment, and ensure safety and quality on production floor. The role designs and tests CAD-based systems, run simulations, and manage equipment installations while collaborating cross-functionally to keep operations running smoothly. This job requires Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, good experience in the field with strong simulation skills. HR & Admin Specialist Responsible for personnel data and administrative operations, ensures accurate HRIS data and filing, generate regular headcount, turnover, and attendance reports. Analyze trends to support staffing. This job requires strong Microsoft Office skills, good experience in ERP system, a proactive approach to coordinate attendance, purchasing, contracts, and transportation. Procurement & Logistics Specialist Manage procurement cycle and logistics operations. The role drives efficient inventory management, coordinate supplier relationships, track shipments, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
