This position is based in Sulaymanih and offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic environment 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: • 𝘛𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘣𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘰𝘭𝘷𝘦 𝘛𝘦𝘤𝘩𝘯𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭 𝘐𝘴𝘴𝘶𝘦𝘴Provide expertise in solving application technical problems and offer support to end users. • 𝘊𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘐𝘛 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘜𝘴𝘦𝘳 𝘔𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘳𝘴: Work closely with IT Managers and User Managers to analyze, document, and execute application change requests. • 𝘊𝘰𝘯𝘧𝘪𝘨𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘔𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵: Ensure that applications are configured according to existing requirements or any new specifications, following department processes and procedures. • 𝘚𝘺𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘮𝘴 𝘔𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵: Assist in the development and implementation of internal systems management processes and best practices. • 𝘛𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘋𝘰𝘤𝘶𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯: Conduct on-site standard and customized training, develop training materials, and manage user document revisions through the approval process. • 𝘚𝘺𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘮 𝘈𝘥𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯: Provide support and collaborate with the team to perform overall System Administration of the applications. • 𝘜𝘴𝘦𝘳 𝘚𝘶𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵: Address user questions on system functionality and usage, process requests for user additions, changes, and deletions. • 𝘊𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘶𝘰𝘶𝘴 𝘐𝘮𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵: Participate in improvement initiatives, including User Group Meetings and activities as required. Incorporate lessons learned from support vendors into user documentation. • 𝘋𝘢𝘵𝘢 𝘙𝘦𝘲𝘶𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘴: Provide ad hoc data requests as required to support business needs. • 𝘍𝘭𝘦𝘹𝘪𝘣𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺: Undertake similar or related work as required, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to contribute to various aspects of application support. 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Knowledge of application support processes and best practices.
