The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support, configuration, and rollout of various applications within our organization. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: - Provide effective solutions to technical problems related to applications and offer support to end-users. - Collaborate with IT Managers and User Managers to analyze, document, and execute application change requests. - Configure applications in accordance with existing and new requirements, adhering to departmental processes and procedures. - Assist in developing and implementing internal systems management processes and best practices. - Conduct standard and customized on-site training sessions and develop tailored training materials. - Support the team in performing overall system administration of various applications. - Manage user document revisions through the approval process and maintain updates in the document management system. - Participate in improvement initiatives, including User Group Meetings and related activities. - Address user inquiries regarding system functionality and usage. - Process user addition, change, and deletion requests promptly and accurately. - Incorporate lessons learned from support vendors into user documentation. - Provide ad hoc data requests as needed. - Undertake additional related tasks as required to support departmental objectives. 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Professional Experience: - 0-1 years of experience working with applications such as ERP, CMMS software, or other related applications. - Experience with software change control in regulated environments. - Familiarity with documentation and validation processes.
