Job Vacancy – Customer & Employee Service Center Officer (Call Center) Location: Sulaymaniyah (Near Darwaza City) Head Office: Sulaymaniyah Employment Type: Full-Time Working Days: Saturday to Thursday Working Hours: 8 Hours Per Day Gender Requirement: Female Number of Positions: 1 Key Responsibilities: • Receive and respond to customer and employee inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and email. • Record and document all requests and inquiries in an organized and professional manner. • Forward requests, complaints, and issues to the relevant departments. • Follow up on requests until they are properly resolved. • Prepare daily and monthly service reports. • Maintain professional communication standards and corporate service etiquette. ✔️Requirements & Qualifications: • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, HR, Languages, or related fields). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively within a team environment. • Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office programs. • Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English (Speaking and Writing) is Mandatory for Call Center Communication. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Preferred Qualifications: • Previous experience in customer service or call center roles. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Professional, calm, and service-oriented personality. Salary: The salary will be determined during the interview based on qualifications, experience, and competency level.
