Digital Future Company is Hiring! Job Title: IT Team Leader Location: Baghdad, Iraq Type: Full-time Workdays: 5 Job Summary: Manage and configure Network and security. Manage and configure Servers. Key Responsibilities: • Design, configure, and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points System improvement for the software. • Monitor network performance and security and ensure that all systems are operating at optimal levels. Implement and maintain network security measures, such as firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems. • Troubleshoot network issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions. Collaborate with other IT teams and business units to ensure that the network infrastructure meets their needs. • Experience in Firewalls (FortiGate, Fortiswitch , access point FortiGate) • Develop and maintain network documentation and diagrams. Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in network administration and security. • Proficiency in Servers administration and configuration (Windows Serve). • Experience in Virtualization (VMware vSphere). • Install, configure, update, and maintain operating systems, corresponding software, and data center servers. • Proactively monitor the capacity of environments to predict future storage, memory, or processor shortfalls. Supervise and/or perform efficient and timely preventive and corrective maintenance of servers. Identify project resources and scheduling. • Backup servers and maintain daily records of the backups • Monitor all system alerts and assist to resolve complex issues in system hardware and software • Experience in Microsoft 365 • Experience in Share Point • Experience in end point Security Trend Micro • Experience in Grandstream and GSM • Experience in Active Directory • Experience in AWS • Cloudflare hosting and WAF • Linux OS Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or Network and Telecommunications Engineering. • Strong knowledge of networking protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols. • Experience with Cisco and Fortinet network equipment. • Experience with network security technologies, such as firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS • Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE, VCP, NSE4,NSE6 If you meet the above qualifications, please submit your resume to [email protected]
