Responsibilities: - Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to fill open positions within set timelines. - Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies. - Conduct initial screenings, evaluate resumes, and assess candidates' skills and qualifications. - Maintain an updated database of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. - Prepare and send job offers, contracts, and onboarding materials. - Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate data in the HR system. - Track hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
