Job Re-Announcement – 𝐐𝐀/𝐐𝐂 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫 Bazyan Power Plant Expansion Project, Iraq | Full-time Taurus Arm for Power Generation is seeking a QA/QC Engineer to ensure that all 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 activities for the 𝐆𝐚𝐬 𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭 meet project specifications, 𝐄𝐏𝐂 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬, and quality requirements. The role oversees quality control across mechanical, piping, welding, material inspection, equipment installation, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering Minimum 8–10 years’ QA/QC experience in EPC projects Minimum 5 years’ experience in power plants or gas turbine/combined cycle projects Strong experience in mechanical erection, piping, welding QA/QC, and commissioning Valid certifications: CSWIP 3.1 (or equivalent) – Mandatory ASNT Level II (UT, RT, MT, PT) – Mandatory Lead Auditor ISO 9001 – Preferred API 570 or relevant power plant inspection certifications – Preferred Strong knowledge of EPC construction quality standards Experience in NDT coordination, WPS/PQR/WQT review, and material verification 📩 Interested candidates will be able to apply through this email: [email protected] #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
