Conduct outbound prospecting efforts to identify and qualify potential clients through various channels. 2. Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate interest in Tebrae's products and services. 3. Engage with prospects to understand their needs. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads. 5. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified leads and scheduled meetings. Your Professional Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2. 1-2 years of experience in outbound prospecting, lead generation, or sales development. 3. Experience in healthcare is preferred but not required. 4. Proven track record of exceeding quotas and targets in a high-volume outbound prospecting role. 5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects. 6. Self-starter with exceptional time management skills and great attention to detail.
