Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate interest in Tebrae's products and services. 3. Engage with prospects to understand their needs. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads. 5. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified leads and scheduled meetings. Your Professional Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2. 1-2 years of experience in outbound prospecting, lead generation, or sales development. 3. Experience in healthcare is preferred but not required. 4. Proven track record of exceeding quotas and targets in a high-volume outbound prospecting role. 5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects. 6. Self-starter with exceptional time management skills and great attention to detail.
