We are seeking an experienced Head of Business Development in Erbil to lead and drive our client’s growth strategy. Reporting to the CEO, this role involves developing business strategies, identifying market opportunities, and building strong client and partner relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement business growth strategies. - Identify new clients, partnerships, and market expansion opportunities. - Lead and mentor the business development team. - Conduct market research and monitor competitors. - Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals. - Track KPIs and report on business performance. Requirements: - 11+ years of relevant experience in business development (B2B and B2G). - Bachelor's degree in business management (MBA preferred). - Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Fluency in English and Kurdish (Arabic is a plus).
