Reporting to the CEO, this role involves developing business strategies, identifying market opportunities, and building strong client and partner relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement business growth strategies. - Identify new clients, partnerships, and market expansion opportunities. - Lead and mentor the business development team. - Conduct market research and monitor competitors. - Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals. - Track KPIs and report on business performance. Requirements: - 11+ years of relevant experience in business development (B2B and B2G). - Bachelor's degree in business management (MBA preferred). - Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Fluency in English and Kurdish (Arabic is a plus).
