📢 We Are Hiring –PTW Coordinator & LOTO Engineer for Solar PV Project 📍 Location: Basra, Iraq 🏢 Company: CEEC International Engineering Co., Ltd. ____________ PTW Coordinator (Permit to Work Coordinator) Key Requirements: • Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Safety Management • 5+ years of experience in PTW management within EPC/industrial projects • Strong knowledge of PTW processes, isolation procedures, and risk assessments • Familiarity with international HSE standards (OSHA, ISO 45001, NFPA 70E) • Excellent organizational and communication skills in English; Arabic preferred Key Responsibilities: • Implement and manage the PTW system for all site activities • Verify risk assessments and method statements before issuing permits • Ensure strict compliance with isolation procedures and safety protocols • Coordinate with construction, commissioning, and HSE teams for work permits • Maintain PTW records and provide regular safety reports • Stop unauthorized or unsafe work and take corrective actions immediately LOTO Engineer (Lockout-Tagout Engineer) Key Requirements: • Bachelor’s/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent • 5+ years of experience in LOTO systems for large-scale power or industrial projects • In-depth knowledge of LOTO standards, OSHA regulations, and HSE compliance • Familiarity with solar PV plant electrical systems (inverters, switchgear, transformers) • Strong safety awareness and ability to train teams on LOTO procedures • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in English 📌 Preferred Candidates: Iraqi nationals with international EPC project experience are highly encouraged.
