Job Title: Procurement Supervisor - Location: Sulaymaniyah, IRAQ - SevenNet Department: Supply Chain management Reporting to: Supply Chain Manager Key Goal: (Describe the Job Finality in no more than 2 sentences) Participate in the preparation and review of bid proposals and the negotiation of contracts within budgetary limitations . Roles & Responsibilities: 1- Support the implementation of appropriate procurement processes, the related procurement and materials management policies 2- Review processes and deliverables ensuring high standard service level with continuous improvement focus 3- Monitor the implementation of sourcing strategies and processes across local market/cluster 4- Conduct buying and post-order management activities ensure proper handling and resolution of procure-to-pay exceptions 5- Determines method of procurement such as direct purchase, quotes or bids 6- Participate in the preparation and review of bid proposals and the negotiation of contracts within budgetary limitations. 7- Plans, coordinates, supervises and evaluates activities and the work of assigned staff; participates in the development and implementation of goals, policies and priorities for procurement activities and operations. 8- Maintains responsible business relations with vendors; keeps informed of new products and services, market conditions, and current prices; evaluates vendor performances This JD is a Summary of main functions; additional Jobs might be requested at any time upon the management request and upon its discretion based on Business Needs. Education: B.A in administration or accounting Experience: 5 years and above.
