Rules and Responsibilities: Collecting drivers data and contacting them, making a contract with them, and training them. Check drivers availability and peak hours in all cities on a daily basis. Check drivers' feedback and related corrective action on a daily basis. Managing the Recruitment and selection Process for taxi drivers. Check the average Transport time report for all cities and take related corrective actions. Check canceled Requests, due to drivers mistakes and not enough drivers on a daily basis. Communicate with Fleet Officers in all cities on a daily basis. Follow up bad-debt drivers with related Fleet Officers. Follow up drivers’ issues (problems, complaints, ..etc.). Check drivers ratings and work on fleet quality assurance, in order to reflect TipTop's image in a positive and professional way. Receive feedback from all Operations sections: Call Center, Dispatch and Fleet, related to the quality of Transportation. Inform the Operations Manager of any potential risks that will affect the work progress. Provide the Operations Manager with regular reports related to drivers. Building a strong relationship with Fleet Officers and boosting their loyalty to TipTop. Implement Training for Taxi Drivers. Taxi Fleet Supervisor may be assigned with additional tasks related to his position, upon Operations management request. General Skills: Leadership skills. Effective Communication Skills. Creative Problem Solving and proactivity. Planning and Organizational Ability. Achievement orientation. High level in teamwork. Stress management and adaptability. Good knowledge in Microsoft office and using systems. Previous experience in the same field 2 years at least or any related field Proficiency in Kurdish, Arabic and English is advantage. Has a car.
