We provide exceptional aftersales service and technical support across the construction, transportation, and agriculture sectors. Role Overview: We are seeking motivated Service Engineers (Mechanical or Electrical) to handle diagnostics, repairs, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of heavy machinery, trucks, and agricultural equipment. The role involves both workshop and field service with direct customer interaction. Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and driveline systems. - Perform preventive maintenance, installations, and commissioning. - Maintain accurate service reports, work orders, and documentation. - Provide technical support, training, and customer guidance on machine operation. - Ensure compliance with OEM standards, warranty guidelines, and safety procedures. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Agricultural, or Automotive Engineering. - 3–5 years’ experience in servicing heavy machinery, trucks, or agricultural equipment. - Strong knowledge of hydraulics, diesel engines, transmissions, and mechanical systems. - Familiarity with diagnostic tools, service manuals, and technical drawings. Fluent in Arabic and English (Kurdish is an advantage). - Valid driver’s license. Preferred: - Experience with brands such as Bobcat, Develon, Daewoo Trucks, Bomag, Zetor, or Valtra. - Ability to work independently and adapt to field environments.
