Responsibilities include updating and maintaining the CRM system, following up on inquiries and service requests, coordinating with sales/aftersales teams, preparing reports, and ensuring timely client support and feedback collection. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business/Communications or related field. - 2–3 years of CRM or customer service experience (industrial/heavy machinery preferred). - Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English. - Strong MS Office & CRM software knowledge (Salesforce, Odoo, or similar). - Excellent organizational and communication skills.
