📢 **We Are Hiring – PTW Coordinator for 1GW Solar PV Project** 📍 **Location:** Basra, Iraq 🏢 **Company:** CEEC International Engineering Co., Ltd. 🔋 **Project:** 1GW Solar Photovoltaic Project (Owner: TotalEnergies, France) --- ### **PTW Coordinator** **Purpose:** Oversee all Permit-to-Work activities on site, ensuring compliance with HSE standards, safe execution of operations, and smooth coordination between project disciplines and contractors. **Key Requirements:** * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or related engineering field * Minimum **4–6 years of experience** in industrial safety, PTW management, or construction site operations * Strong knowledge of PTW systems, confined space entry, hot work, and working at height protocols * Familiarity with HSE regulations, ISO 14001 / ISO 45001, and Iraqi safety legislation * Practical experience in inspecting and coordinating heavy equipment, lifting gears, and electrical/mechanical works * Excellent communication skills in **Arabic and English** * Ability to work in high-temperature field environments and remote locations * Strong organizational, reporting, and coordination skills **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare, review, and issue all work permits (PTW) on site * Monitor and ensure compliance with safety procedures, confined space, hot work, and working at height regulations * Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and construction teams to plan safe work activities * Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of equipment, tools, and machinery * Track observations and corrective actions, including color-coding systems for equipment compliance * Participate in incident investigations, site safety audits, and toolbox talks (TBT) * Maintain accurate records and reports of PTW activities and HSE compliance --- 📌 **Preferred Candidates:** Iraqi nationals from Basra or surrounding areas.
