For each vacancy applied, please write the (job title/position) in the email subject. 1) Project Manager: • +7 Years of experience in the fields of construction and pipeline, and must have at least +3 years of experience in project management. Bachelors in Civils. • Must be great in communication, Price negotiation, team leading, project planning, making critical decisions, price breakdowns, and supervising. • Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project (or a package), ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs • making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety • checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings • maintaining quality control procedures • finding ways to prevent problems from happening and to solve any that crop up • assessing and minimizing risk • writing reports and keeping on top of paperwork • helping to negotiating contracts and securing permits and licenses. • Will stay on site (Crescent petroleum – Dana Gas) facility. • Must have full understanding in English (Perfect Speaking and Perfect Writing). • Must be capable of preparing reports, RFIs, ITPs, and other significant documentations. • Required program knowledge (Autocad Civil 3D, Scheduling programs e.g. (Primavera), MS office) Ux If you're interested in the above-mentioned position, kindly send your CV to [email protected] and mention the position in the subject line.
