Job Title: Material Controller Location: Baghdad, Iraq Job Summary: Full Time Hala FTTH is looking for a Material Controller to join our team. Material Controller at Hala FTTH is responsible for managing and coordinating the flow of materials within the organization. This role involves supervising, storing, distributing and tracking materials to ensure an efficient and effective supply chain. Responsibilities: · Collaborate with procurement teams to identify material requirements. · Ensure timely delivery of materials to support project timelines. · Maintain accurate records of inventory levels. · Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and Implement inventory control measures to prevent stock outs and overstock situations. · Oversee the organization and layout of the warehouse for optimal storage and retrieval. · Coordinate with logistics teams for the efficient movement of materials. · Coordinate the distribution of materials to various project sites. · Ensure timely delivery and proper documentation of shipments. · Collaborate with project managers to align material distribution with project schedules. · Implement quality control measures to ensure received materials meet specified standards. · Work with relevant teams to address any quality issues promptly. · Generate regular reports on material usage, inventory levels, and procurement status. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field. · Proven experience in material control, procurement, or logistics. · Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles. · Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. · Effective communication and negotiation skills. · Proficient in using relevant software for inventory management.
