Seeking a Site Construction Manager with civil engineering background and 10+ years experience to oversee civil and MEP construction, supervise subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure safety and quality at multiple project sites in Iraq.
An oil & Logistic company Looking for Site/Construction Manager *Only from the locations below or nearest city* Work Location: 1- Karbala –Al Jabela district or nearest - Al Sawada site 2- Al Anbar – Al Habannyia district or nearest- Al Khalidiya South site 3- Kirkuk – Kirkuk district or nearest – North Kirkuk Site 4- Al Muthanna – Al Rumaitha or nearest – Al Rumaitha Site Responsibilities and Accountabilities • Defining the CW construction schedule in accordance with the overall project Schedule • Assisting the PM in managing the interfaces between EM erection & CW construction works • Supervising the CW & MEP construction subcontractor(s) • Manage the CW subcontractors to deliver timely and within budget the CW of the project. • Attending, as required by PM, coordination, and progress meetings with Client. • Reviewing any design modification during construction stage with regards to cost and schedule impact • Ensuring QEHS plan is effectively implemented at site. • CW reporting document preparation Qualification / Experience • Civil Engineering / Architectural Degree or equivalent Min. 10 years’ experience in Civil Works construction site activities (in SS business and/or power stations) Please send your CV to the Email below [email protected]
