Maintenance Administration Officer Location: Baghdad, Iraq Department: Maintenance Employment Type: Full-Time Work Type: On-site Salary: Starting from 1,000,000 IQD per month About the Role KNE Elevators is looking for a Maintenance Administration Officer to support the daily operations of the Maintenance Department. The role involves coordinating between customers, maintenance supervisors, and technicians to ensure maintenance requests are properly recorded, followed up, and completed on time. Key Responsibilities Receive and manage customer maintenance requests. Create and update maintenance service tickets. Coordinate technician assignments and follow up on service progress. Monitor response times and service completion. Coordinate spare parts requests and maintain related records. Prepare maintenance reports and operational dashboards. Follow up with customers to collect feedback and measure satisfaction. Escalate urgent or critical service issues when required. Maintain accurate records and support process improvement initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in administration, operations, customer service, or maintenance support. Experience in elevators, facilities management, HVAC, or technical services is an advantage. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of Power BI is preferred. Fluent in Arabic with good working knowledge of English. Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Why Join KNE?
