Job Description

The Al-Hadi Residential Complex is hiring call center employees for the real estate sector in morning and evening shifts. At least 1 year of call center experience is required, preferably in real estate or similar services.

Role Scope | نطاق العمل استقبال واتصال بالعملاء المحتملين (Inbound/Outbound) ضمن مشاريع/عروض عقارية. تأهيل العملاء (Lead Qualification) وفهم الاحتياج . حجز المواعيد لفريق المبيعات والمتابعة حتى حضور العميل. تحديث بيانات العملاء على CRM وتوثيق المكالمات بدقة. التنسيق مع فريق التسويق والمبيعات لضمان انسيابية تحويل العملاء. الالتزام بجودة المكالمة، أسلوب الحديث. Key Responsibilities | المسؤوليات الرئيسية التعامل الاحترافي مع الاعتراضات وتحويلها إلى فرص. تحقيق مؤشرات الأداء (KPIs) مثل عدد الاتصالات، نسبة التحويل، وحجوزات المواعيد. متابعة العملاء بذكاء (Follow-up) دون إزعاج، وبأسلوب يليق بسوق العقار. الحفاظ على صورة العلامة أثناء الحديث: وضوح، ثقة، ولباقة. Requirements | المتطلبات خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في الكول سنتر ويفضل ضمن المجال العقاري أو خدمات مشابهة. مهارات تواصل عالية . معرفة جيدة باستخدام CRM أو Google Sheets/Excel لغة عربية قوية، ويفضل انجليزية جيدة.
