Basic knowledge of IT help desk support and troubleshooting. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, email management, and professional correspondence — mandatory. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Teams. 5. Spoken English at B2 level. Working hours: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. On-site from Sunday to Wednesday; remote on Saturday and Thursday. Monthly salary: IQD 800,000.
