The Admin Manager will assist the HR Manager in establishing policies and procedures for facility management and administration. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance, security, budget management, contract reviews, and ensuring compliance. The role also involves managing company service vehicles, courier services, and admin staff performance.
Position: Admin Manager - Duty Location: Erbil - Grand Majidi Mall Contract Type: Open-End Contract Publishing date: 1st April, 2023 open till the position is filled Starting date: As soon as possible Job Description Main Responsibilities: •Provides assistance to the Human Resources Manager in establishing policies, procedures and work methods to increase effectiveness of facility management and administration. •Oversee facility management including maintenance, repairs, security and building compliance •Works with the HR Manager in managing budget for facility management and administration •Reviews contracts with suppliers and contractors to ensure quality and on-time deliverables •Ensures effective operation of the company service vehicles including but not limited to repairs, maintenance, and supplier/vendor management •Monitor schedule of company service vehicles and ensure proper coordination to the concerned employees and department •Manages and collaborate with courier providers on proper dispatch of company documents •Supervises and monitor performance & compliance of admin staff including company drivers and messengers •Process Building/ Business permits and supplier/contractor management •Prepares required reports/ analytics pertinent to administrative matters •Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Required Qualification and Skills: •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, management and other related courses •4 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in the same capacity with relative experience in Facility Management and Administration •Experience in processing of Building/ Business permits •With people-management skills, organization and problem-solving skills •Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point) •Fluency in English, Arabic and Kurdish is a must. •Ability to be flexible, prioritize and change plans continuously in order to meet the changing demands of customers. •Be available to work for irregular hours during the project execution stages. •Good leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
