The HR Manager will maintain HR policies, manage employee databases, and oversee recruitment, onboarding, and benefits programs. Responsibilities include data analysis, compliance reporting, and ensuring smooth adaptation of new employees to the company environment.
Position: HR Manager - Duty Location: Erbil - Grand Majidi Mall Contract Type: Open-End Contract Publishing date: 1st April, 2023 open till the position is filled Starting date: As soon as possible Main Responsibilities: •Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions •Maintain and update employees’ database, employment contracts, personal information, personal documents, leaves, promotions, and other occurrences in the workplace regarding Company’s employees •Maintain and enhance employees’ benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expenses, allowances, and other personnel packages •Assist with recruitment efforts (directly or through recruitment entities), select and interview candidates, apply tests as necessary, advise managers on staff needs and candidate selection, prepare job offers and job descriptions •Onboard new employees and assist in all necessary administrative initial needs, conduct orientation, and make sure the employee adapts to the Company’s environment smoothly •Uses HR data to collect, enter, audit, analyze and produce reports and metrics for analysis and decision-making. Pull reports and analytical data as needed from HRIS. •Maintains employment and benefit files. Initiates record keeping and reporting incompliance with government regulations. •Inspects all papers, documents, and calculations to ensure the accuracy and/or consistency of information flowing through the department. •Keeps management advised of potential problem areas and recommends/implements solutions as appropriate. •Assists the management with strengthening and enhancing the company’s HR programs, policies, and processes. •Serves as a point of contact for HR inquiries from our employees regarding employee data and systems; escalate as appropriate to HR functions and business partners. •Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Required Qualification and Skills: •A master's degree in a relevant field or Bachelor's degree in business administration. •A minimum of seven years of experience in related human resource roles. •Ability to be flexible, prioritize and change plans continuously in order to meet the changing demands of customers. •Be available to work for irregular hours during the project execution stages. •Good leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities. •Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. •Strong time management and organizational abilities. •Fluency in English, Arabic and Kurdish is a must. •Strong ethical standards.
