The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, audit expertise, and the ability to drive continuous improvements in compliance and risk management. 📝 Key Responsibilities: • Plan and execute comprehensive audits of financial statements, operations, and regulatory compliance. • Lead audit engagements, including defining scope, allocating resources, and setting timelines. • Review audit workpapers to ensure accuracy and compliance with professional audit standards. • Evaluate audit findings and recommend corrective actions and process improvements. • Prepare audit reports and present results to management and stakeholders. • Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry best practices. • Mentor and guide audit staff to promote collaboration and productivity. • Conduct periodic risk assessments and support the development of the annual audit plan. ✅ Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred. • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, including at least 2 years in auditing. • Strong knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, laws, and regulatory requirements. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities at all organizational levels. • Proficiency in audit software and MS Office; ERP experience is an advantage. • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently. • Fluency in Arabic and English; Kurdish is a plus. • Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate audit teams. • Integrity: Commitment to ethical conduct and transparency. • Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced, changing environments. • Critical Thinking: Strong judgment and decision-making abilities. • Collaboration: Team-oriented and supportive, promoting knowledge sharing.
